Exercises to Visualize Change

Today, we introduce you to two exercises we use to visualize the life we want. The “will no longer tolerate list” is an exercise where you identify those pesky things in your life that you no longer want to tolerate. Then we dive into the “wouldn’t it be cool” exercise, which helps overcome those pesky barriers and taps into your positive energy for dreaming. We’ll help you remove the things that need to go and envision what you most desire so that you can have everything you’ve ever dreamed of.
