From October 3-8, 2023, our FriDate Italia Experience will transport you to a world of unforgettable memories. Reminder: This is a different experience than our Mastermind events. Although you will meet incredible new friends, this is not an organized Mastermind.

THE DETAILS

We LOVE to surprise our experience attendees, so please trust that we will provide the trip of a lifetime (no pressure for us or anything!). We will host you in the UNESCO Heritage City of Florence, as well as the Tuscan countryside, vineyards and olive groves. You will enjoy our favorite neighborhoods, meet local friends and experience it all for yourself.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Welcome Gift from Rob & Kim (surprises are our love-language)
Daily curated group activity, experiences or excursion. Fees, tips and taxes will be included.
Transportation for experiences that are outside the city center. Florence is a very walkable city, and we will walk to activities within the city.
All group meals. Specifically 4 group lunches and 4 group dinners, including a preset, multi-course menu, wine and non-alcoholic beverage options included. We will accommodate allergies or preferences such as gluten free, vegan etc.. with advanced notice.
Rob & Kim’s Florence and Tuscany Guide with our favorite restaurants and things-to-do.
Access to our event planning team for accommodations and booking of other experiences prior or following our event anywhere in Italy.

THE EXPERIENCES

Your days will be packed with art, culture, history and unique experiences in both the birthplace of the Renaissance, as well as the Tuscan countryside. Activities and experiences may include:

Private interactive tour of Florence including the major attractions, art and history. You’ll learn about the importance of the Medici family, the famous poet Dante and how much of the world’s art and inventions came out of this one city during a period, known as the Renaissance.
Explore the famous Florence Cathedral (The Duomo) including a climb to the top for a picturesque view of the city (weather permitting).
Exclusive access to the oldest rowing club in Europe and a boat experience on the famous Arno River.
Day trip to the famous Cinque Terre which is a string of five old fishing villages perched high on the Italian Riviera in the region Liguria that offers breathtaking views and incredible seafood.
Tuscan countryside wine and olive oil tasting.
Private e-bike tour through the vineyards of Chianti.
Italian cooking lesson featuring local, favorite recipes.

All attendees must be at least 18 years old.

WHAT DOES MY PACKAGE NOT INCLUDE?

Hotel accommodations is not included. However, if you book with with our local team at our luxury host hotel, you will secure a discounted group rate which includes daily breakfast and possible upgrade based on availability.
Airfare is not included.
Airport transportation is not included, however can be arranged in advance through our travel team. Taxis and public transportation are also available.

THE HOTEL

We have hand selected the perfect hotel, in the heart of the city center, on the most famous elegant street in Florence and just steps from the Arno river, where you can find stunning views of the historic Ponte Vecchio.

Hotel costs are not included, however we have secured rates for singles/doubles starting at €440 when booked though our local team.

PRE-TRIP PLANNING

All attendees will be added to a Private Italy Experience Community so you can get to know one another prior to departure.
We will host a pre-trip Zoom to provide updated information.
We will provide a suggested packing list.
During the experience, we will provide a Whats App chat group for all attendees to stay connected.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly payments will begin 1 month following down payment and be run consecutively for 5 additional payments, automatically, using the same method of payment used in the down payment. If you prefer to change the method of payment, please send an email to [email protected].
All payments must be made PRIOR to August 30, 2023.
No refunds, partial or full if you cancel your trip, miss any activity, meal or experience due to delayed/missed flights or any other reason. We highly recommend getting trip insurance to cover your investment.
Cancellations prior to 60 days of the start of the experience will receive a credit towards a future experience with a 1 year expiration. You must notify us of your desire to cancel in writing to [email protected] at least than 60 days prior to the start of the experience (for this experience, the cut off date is August 4, 2023).
As you can imagine, we will prepay for all experiences and meals, therefore cancellations after August 4, 2023 will not receive a credit or refund. We highly recommend getting trip insurance to cover your investment.
